USH é uma congregação calorosa, acolhedora e prática liderada pelo notável Rabino Rob Scheinberg. Um homem muito inteligente, humilde e gentil, o Rabino Scheinberg é um professor consumado. Nas manhãs de Shabat, ele pergunta à congregação suas opiniões e perguntas sobre a parashah, bem como fornece trechos de fontes pré-escritos para estimular nosso pensamento e conectar a porção da Torá com nossas vidas. Ele é atencioso, generoso com seu tempo, sempre aprendendo e muito envolvido com questões judaicas e da comunidade mais ampla. Os cultos envolvem cantos adoráveis ​​por parte dos participantes. As pessoas que frequentam os cultos se tornaram nossa família extensa e dão um grande apoio em tempos difíceis. O rabino lidera um coro que canta em várias ocasiões especiais de maneira discreta e harmônica. As características gerais do USH são alegria, envolvimento e significado.
