The instructors are patient, encouraging, and create a positive learning environment. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a variety of equipment. Highly recommend this gym!

I had an average experience with Umpqua Valley Gymnastics Inc. The trainers were knowledgeable and the facilities were clean. However, I felt that the classes were overcrowded and there wasn't enough individual attention given to each student. Overall, it was an okay experience.
