Minha empresa é ex-cliente (felizmente) da Uhlig. Temos parceria com eles há muitos anos e acabamos de ser informados de que eles estavam descontinuando nosso serviço. Eles nos deram 4 DIAS (!!!) para retirar nosso estoque do armazém. Eles estão ameaçando destruir todo o nosso estoque se não tivermos um novo fornecedor escolhido. (História paralela: temos que pagar por esses itens de qualquer maneira, e muitos dos itens não tinham o histórico de vendas do que imprimiram, ou seja, 31 rolos de 500 para um item que foi pedido 4 vezes em 18 meses. ) Este antiprofissionalismo é realmente inacreditável. Escolher um fornecedor é bastante difícil em circunstâncias normais. Agora acrescente que estamos em uma pandemia e não podemos fazer reuniões cara a cara com nossa própria equipe, muito menos com fornecedores. Atendimento ao cliente absolutamente horrível. Por mais que isso tenha sido doloroso, estou muito feliz por não ter mais que trabalhar com Uhlig.
