É uma empresa que é contratada para terceirizar os serviços de TI de outra empresa. Trabalhei lá alguns meses e como operária:
-Eles vão tentar lhe dar a ilusão de que as muitas coisas negativas sobre o seu trabalho vão mudar. E aí também eles sabem perfeitamente que não vai ser assim e ainda assim te dizem. Ou não têm conhecimento da situação real com o cliente, que não sei ser mais grave.
-Eles vão fraudar tudo o que você precisar, em alguns casos quando quiserem, aproveitam o acordo como o aviso de mudança de emprego, mas quando se interessam, pulam o acordo quanto ao pagamento de ajudas de custo, pagando menos que o que coloca o acordo.
-Quando tiverem interesse, dirão que já é um problema que tu tens que resolver com o cliente, tal como ter omitido por falta de organização para te dar um feriado local que por lei te devem dar, e diga "bem, fale com o cliente para ver se consegue fazer alguma coisa" e se não o fizer, o feriado sai correndo.
-Eles vão te dizer coisas como você não tem que fazer hora extra, mas ao mesmo tempo eles te falam sobre as duas horas que você tem para comer "você vai ver como vai ver que na hora do almoço você quer para antecipar incidentes para que você não acumule "
E tudo isso em apenas 5 meses de emprego nesta empresa ... Que logicamente visto o que vi mudei de empresa.
