Meu marido é idoso e fica facilmente confuso quando está fora da zona de conforto de sua casa. Fomos orientados por seu médico a fazer um exame de sangue no hospital Tri-Health. Chegamos ao hospital e nos registramos no saguão do 1º andar. Meu marido foi instruído a apertar o botão na parede atrás dele para abrir as portas que levavam ao laboratório. Ele não entendeu as instruções, então tentei ajudar. Disseram-me com bastante severidade que me sentasse no saguão, pois não tive permissão para entrar no interior do hospital. Informei a registradora que ele precisava de ajuda, não poderia navegar no hospital sem ajuda. Ela me disse para sentar no saguão e que meu marido seria vigiado (ela se sentou à mesa de costas para ele depois de abrir as portas para ele entrar no hospital. Esperei no saguão por quase uma hora para o meu marido voltar e estava começando a ficar preocupado. Normalmente os exames de sangue demoram cerca de 10 minutos. Meu telefone tocou, eu atendi, era meu marido perguntando onde eu estava. Eu disse a ele que ainda estava no saguão por onde entramos . Ele disse OK e desligou o telefone. Cerca de 5 minutos depois, ele apareceu (vindo de uma direção diferente daquela de onde havia saído. Ele estava acompanhado por um funcionário do hospital. Ele foi encontrado vagando pelo hospital tentando encontrar o seu caminho de volta para o saguão onde ele havia me deixado. O funcionário do hospital disse que estava confuso e não sabia onde havia me deixado. Se eu pudesse dar a este hospital menos de 1 estrela, eu faria isso. Infelizmente, preciso para verificar a 1 estrela antes de escrever um comentário. Espero nunca precisar para ir a este hospital para qualquer coisa novamente. Na verdade, acho que nunca vou.
