Meu pai foi um paciente privado pago em Carrington Place em Wytheville VA por 6 meses. Seus dentes (naturais) NUNCA foram escovados, exceto quando eu fiz isso. Suas unhas dos pés NUNCA foram cortadas e são tão longas que estão enrolando. Ele está com a barba por fazer há dias e deveria tomar banho 2 vezes por semana. Ele teve sorte de conseguir 1 por semana. Eu o visitei todos os dias e vi a mesma camisa suja nele de uma visita para a outra. Muitas vezes solicitei aos funcionários que escovassem os dentes, dessem banho nele, fizessem a barba e cuidassem de suas unhas. Tudo o que consegui foi uma atitude desrespeitosa. Outro problema é o sistema de faturamento. Totalmente e deliberadamente confuso para que você não saiba o que deve ou não pagar. Resumindo ... os cuidados que ele recebe não chegam perto dos $ 7000 por mês que ele paga. Negligência pura e simples e pretendo entrar em contato com as autoridades competentes. Oh, e eu tenho fotos.

Se você supervisiona o Carrington Place em Wytheville, Va, está negligenciando o gerenciamento desta instalação. Essa instalação precisa de uma revisão e sugestões sobre como superar a negligência dos pacientes e práticas de cobrança desonestas e injustas. Você está golpeando os idosos e suas famílias. Esse foi um dos empregos mais desorganizados em que já trabalhei. Como gerente, nunca me senti confiável para tomar a decisão certa. Há muitas pessoas na liderança que não têm experiência no que estão fazendo. Neste trabalho, fui constantemente intimidado por e-mail por prazos e trabalhei sob duas descrições de trabalho! Antes de fazer isso, eu nunca tinha ouvido falar de tal coisa.
Assinei 2 descrições de cargos para ser responsável, mas meu salário era apenas para um. A melhor coisa sobre o trabalho foi o pessoal da linha de frente que está além de SUBMETERADO! Não há programa funcionário do mês ou qualquer meio de reconhecimento. Nas últimas 9 semanas, vi funcionários adoecerem enquanto cuidavam de muitos residentes do COVID. Eles se colocam na linha. Estive lá 9 meses e tive 2 administradores. Falta de consistência, confiança na gestão e coesão na empresa é o motivo pelo qual ela não vai voltar ao preto, mas permanecerá no vermelho ... perdendo dinheiro. Tenho certeza de que os proprietários vão começar a vender os prédios. Sinto-me mal pelos funcionários, residentes e famílias.
