estas casas parecem ser o verdadeiro negócio, parecem extremamente bem construídas e de qualidade fantástica, falei com alguém que é responsável pela venda destas casas e eles responderam a todas as minhas perguntas sem tentar desesperadamente fazer com que eu as comprasse, falei com outros tipos de imóveis que dirão qualquer coisa para que você compre ou pelo menos um tour pelo lugar, então foi fantástico não lidar com pessoas assim aqui. Algumas das casas não estão acabadas, mas parecem estar prontas para ficarem prontas no próximo ano. Uma grande vantagem da localização dessas casas é que elas ficam bem ao lado de um lindo spa / academia enorme e perto do shopping center da cidade de Ketchum.
