A única desvantagem que Yesstyle tem é que o período de envio geralmente leva de 3 a 4 semanas, mas isso é esperado a partir do preço internacional e do frete. Como dizer? Estamos muito desapontados. Compramos uma cadeira Herman Miller Aeron há quatro meses e raramente a usamos. Então descobrimos que um dos braços está com defeito e caiu. Entramos em contato com a loja. O serviço pediu as fotos e disse que entraria em contato com a fábrica. Depois de enviarmos as fotos e os recibos, fomos solicitados a entrar em contato com o fornecedor para sua loja por conta própria. Estávamos planejando comprar mais uma cadeira. Agora mudamos de ideia. Gostamos do visual decente da loja, mas sentimos pena desse serviço pós-venda irresponsável.
