Adquirimos uma ferramenta de cravação de cabos (BOW-F-CSTE) da T&D no ano passado e a bomba que vem junto com a ferramenta estava com defeito e não estava gerando pressão. Logo no dia seguinte, quando recebemos a unidade em nossa loja, nossos lojistas reconheceram que a unidade estava com defeito e informamos a T&D sobre o mesmo, a seguir está o depoimento que recebemos deles. A T&D estava tentando arrancar mais dinheiro de nós em vez de nos apoiar.
