Fiz alguns trabalhos de árvore em uma propriedade da qual eles estão encarregados, há várias semanas, e nunca fui pago.

Infelizmente, o DHCD reatribuiu meu empréstimo HPAP a esta empresa durante o verão de 2020. Meu primeiro pagamento venceu em 01/07, que paguei dentro do prazo. Posteriormente, paguei minhas mensalidades nas seguintes datas: 05/08, 01/09, 05/10. Desde agosto, a fatura do mês indica que estou 30 dias atrasado. Como é possível se eu paguei apenas no primeiro mês? Então, eu liguei para eles no dia agosto e eles falaram que houve um erro no faturamento e que vai ser resolvido na fatura de setembro. Como você pode imaginar, aconteceu novamente em setembro, então liguei novamente e eles disseram que estava consertado. Chegou outubro, mesmo problema e me cobraram uma multa que foi deduzida do valor principal adicional que incluí no meu pagamento. Hoje, 29 de outubro, liguei novamente e recebi a mesma resposta "Não sei por que isso está acontecendo mas não podemos consertar no atendimento e não tenho nenhum outro número para transferir você". De que adianta ter atendimento ao cliente se eles não podem consertar problemas de faturamento. Não há departamento de cobrança ou gerente para cuidar deste problema de cobrança. Nesse ínterim, não sei se eles me denunciaram e meu crédito foi afetado. Serviços horríveis e ainda não sei o que fazer! Tão frustrante.
