Trabalho com Syntess Atrium há mais de dois anos, infelizmente não atende às nossas necessidades. Muitos problemas e limitações! Claro que os módulos podem ser comprados para novas funções ou expansão (bastante caro). Mas esses módulos não podem ser usados assim sem a ajuda de um funcionário que vier (também caro). Os manuais estão muito mal montados acho que foi feito de forma consciente e apesar de ser um sistema muito usado na Holanda, não há informações disponíveis na internet (pense em filmes, manuais e experiências no YouTube). Tudo está prometido, mas na prática é decepcionante. O helpdesk vai de moderado a ruim e gostaria de pressionar para que um funcionário aparecesse (a um custo adicional, é claro). Sobre o software em si, parece muito antiquado e não é muito flexível. muitas vezes congela, o que é devido ao computador de acordo com o helpdesk. As citações parecem muito 1980 com a adição de imagens, PDFs e assim por diante são muito limitados. A ordem de serviço móvel não tem um aplicativo, mas requer uma conexão via navegador o tempo todo, o que é muito difícil para os mecânicos.
Syntess também foi um pesadelo para nosso departamento de porta / crédito de fluxo.
Agora mudamos para online exatamente com o work bonaphone (outsmart) e estamos muito satisfeitos com isso.
