Antes de iniciar as sessões de contato com sua filha na Surrey Family & Mediation Services ... Um pai foi informado por Eileen Pereira que a organização tinha políticas bem documentadas que impediam todos os pais de tirar fotos, gravar vídeos ou áudio durante as sessões de contato.
Anteriormente, em diferentes centros de contato, a mãe fez seis falsas alegações separadas sobre os comentários do pai. Todas as falsas alegações foram refutadas quando o pai produziu gravações de áudio, o que provou que ela estava mentindo.
O pai foi informado que receberá uma cópia de todas as políticas, porque nenhuma foi publicada ou referenciada no site da organização. Também não foram mantidas cópias no local em formato impresso ou eletrônico.
Na segunda vez que o pai pediu uma cópia das políticas que ele foi forçado a concordar em obedecer, o contato foi interrompido porque o pai foi rotulado como disruptivo argumentativo.
O ato de interromper o contato entre a criança e o pai é perturbador e, às vezes, devastador para ambos. No Tribunal da Comarca de Guildford, a juíza Alison Raeside agimos muito rapidamente por sugestão de Eileen Pereira.
Desnecessário dizer que, 5 anos depois, os Surrey Family & Mediation Services ainda não têm políticas publicadas em vigor.
O mais interessante é a associação de Eileen Pereira ao clube Ashtead Bowls. Especialmente quando o avô materno da criança é um campeão formal de boliche de uma cidade vizinha.
Outro conflito de interesses que até o momento ainda não foi declarado em tribunal.
