O serviço digno que já tive na loja Sundance em University Village !!! Fiquei interessado em algumas joias e a jovem que me ajudava era muito desrespeitosa com os clientes e muito hostil. Ela não estava ouvindo ou olhando nos meus olhos enquanto falava comigo. Eu perguntei a ela muitas vezes minhas preocupações sobre a joia que eu estava interessado e ela disse "é assim que é" de uma forma muito rude. Tentei explicar a ela que a joia tinha uma pequena imperfeição, obviamente, mas em vão. Eu não vou voltar lá com certeza!
