Nesta agência os proprietários que pretendem vender o seu apartamento são apenas mais uma referência no seu portfólio de apartamentos. Eles não monitoram o apartamento ao longo do tempo nem analisam por que um apartamento não recebe visitantes ao longo do tempo. Eles devem ser mais pró-ativos. Do meu ponto de vista, eles fazem os proprietários perderem seu tempo.

Já lidamos com Marta e não podemos estar mais felizes. Simpática, atenciosa e nos explicou tudo super bem. Por enquanto, porém, decidimos adiar a venda do apartamento, mas por motivos fora de seu controle. Sem dúvida, quando voltarmos a procurar consultores imobiliários, contaremos com eles!
