Gostaria de expressar minha FORTE decepção com o DA Office. Eu tive um serviço muito ruim com um certo DA lá. Em dezembro de 2015, fui a um tribunal onde o juiz havia adiado a audiência para uma data posterior em janeiro de 2016. O tribunal ordenou que este DA para entrevistar meu filho ANTES do final de dezembro. Bem, infelizmente isso nunca aconteceu . Então comecei a ligar para o escritório tentando conseguir uma ligação com o promotor. Depois de telefonar por alguns dias, finalmente consegui falar com a promotoria e contar a ela a situação. Então perguntei a ela, por que meu filho ainda NÃO foi entrevistado, especialmente quando o tribunal ordenou que fosse feito até o final de dezembro? Eu também disse que o juiz disse que sua palavra é a chave para este caso .... Sua resposta ignorante foi ... Oh meu Deus, essa é uma boa pergunta, deixe-me pegar seu número e eu entrarei em contato assim que eu obter uma resposta. Dias se passaram e nenhuma ligação dela ainda. Continuei ligando para o número dela para apenas ouvir ... O correio de voz está cheio e nenhuma mensagem pode ser deixada. (Uau! Imagine isso) Além disso, acontece que a outra pessoa que estava enfrentando as acusações de abuso teve um tribunal ONTEM !!! Então, eu entrei online, procurei o caso deles e vi que as acusações foram CAIXAS! Graças ao promotor que deveria estar lá para o meu filho. ÓTIMO trabalho em mostrar a importância do seu pessoal. Meu filho ESTÁ passando por muitos traumas emocionais por causa do abuso que enfrentou enquanto estava com outra pessoa. Agora, ver que as acusações foram retiradas por causa da falta de compromisso por parte do promotor é muito desnecessário. Espero que no próximo caso você consiga. Você realmente leva em consideração que pessoas REAIS estão envolvidas e as entrevistas que você deve conduzir podem significar muito para elas no tribunal.
A partir de hoje, 14 de janeiro de 2016, deixei uma mensagem de voz com o Supervisor do DA na esperança de receber uma ligação em breve para discutir minhas preocupações com este assunto.

O novo promotor público do condado de Berna, Raul Torrez, está fazendo um trabalho fantástico nas mais difíceis circunstâncias - ele herdou uma grande confusão. Espero que ele fique por aqui por muito tempo.

Tentei ligar três vezes. O sistema de chamadas está completamente quebrado. Ele envia para o correio de voz e desliga na sua cara. Quando tentei uma opção diferente, ela queria um número de caixa postal, como faço para saber o número da caixa postal apropriada? Ele então disse para ajudar, pressione 0, então eu fiz, ele disse que 0 era um número de caixa postal inválido e desligou.
