Fiz meu primeiro período de rotação clínica de enfermagem em St. Camillus. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e inspiradora para nós. Eles colocam o cuidado de seu residente em primeiro lugar e isso fica evidente. A gestão é orientada para o cuidado e sempre foi útil. O ambiente era tranquilo e as unidades eram muito limpas. Seu trabalho em equipe foi ótimo e eles nos ajudaram a crescer como estudantes de enfermagem. Eu recomendo fortemente esta instalação, pois eles realmente se preocupam com seus residentes.

O pior lugar absoluto em que eu já trabalhei! A maioria do pessoal r muito significa n odioso para com seus colegas de trabalho !!

O Centro de "Debilitação" Saint Camillus tem poucos funcionários, é muito deprimente e é o lugar perfeito para enviar um membro da família se você quiser aumentar o declínio deles. Nosso familiar foi enviado para reabilitação e saiu em condições muito piores do que quando chegou ao Centro. Suspeito que eles mantêm seus pacientes excessivamente medicados para que não continuem pressionando a campainha.

Minha tia ficou aqui e ela adorou. Não há muito que você possa fazer sobre estar nos últimos meses de sua vida. Ela tinha 92 anos, então quando as pessoas falam de uma atmosfera deprimente, o que você vai fazer? Estar em qualquer um desses lugares é deprimente. Mas o pessoal realmente se importou. Eles a amavam e ela os amava. O financiamento foi facilitado porque a pessoa financeira líder realmente sabia o que estava fazendo. É muito longe no boonies, mas esta era uma instalação muito agradável com ótimas pessoas. Eles tornam uma parte muito difícil da vida suportável e agradável. A equipe trata pacientes e visitantes com gentileza e respeito. Eram pessoas muito simpáticas e acho que foi um dos melhores centros de saúde disponíveis para minha tia Mildred. Já vi muitos lares de idosos ao longo dos anos (assim como residências independentes que são muito melhores do que lares de idosos, mas em algum momento você precisa de cuidados mais extensos) e Camillus se destaca como o melhor disponível em minha experiência.

A equipe aqui mostra muito amor por seus pacientes. Trabalhei aqui com a minha escola como CNA e as atividades e viagens de ônibus que eles participam são ótimas para as pessoas que vivem aqui!
