Comprador, cuidado! Recentemente, comprei a máquina de café expresso automática Astra GA021 Gourmet da Webstaurantstore.com em 02/09/2020.

O produto foi enviado diretamente da empresa de manufatura em 127 Ambassador Dr. Suite # 147, Naperville, IL 60540.

A máquina chegou DOA (morta na chegada) 2 semanas após o pedido (18/09/2020)
- Água quente não estava saindo do grupo e parecia que a bomba não estava funcionando corretamente

Contate o suporte técnico da ASTRA para resolver os problemas. Após 2-3 dias de comunicação, o técnico enviou um técnico não qualificado para consertar a máquina com resultados falhos.

Depois de um dia o técnico tomou a decisão de trocar a máquina, na qual ficou perfeita.

A NOVA (2ª) máquina chegou em 25/09/20

Ao abrir a caixa e desembrulhar a nova máquina, notamos que a chamada máquina nova foi de fato usada ou mal montada, pois há alguns sulcos e arranhões na parte frontal e lateral da máquina.

Eu chamei a atenção do técnico para isso às 10h30 de ontem, 29/09/20, e foi prometido que esta é uma máquina nova em folha.

Olhei de novo e não posso aceitar isso como um equipamento novo
- O 1o estava envolto em uma película protetora cinza, o 2o não estava
- Não houve impressões digitais no primeiro, o segundo tinha graxa e impressões digitais por toda parte
-Não arranhe o que quer que seja no primeiro, ranhuras e marcas de arranhões na parte frontal e inferior do equipamento

Agora é 29/09/2020 e estou muito descontente com o ASTRA
-Falta de comunicação da tecnologia
-Pobre controle de qualidade do equipamento
- Enganar ou mentir sobre o produto

Ainda por cima, se quisermos devolver a máquina usada ou mal construída para um reembolso total. Meu restaurante tem que pagar uma taxa de reabastecimento de 35% e uma taxa de envio de um item usado? O produto foi vendido para nós como novo e deve receber uma máquina nova, sem marcas ou arranhões. Não tenho a certeza de como esta empresa continua a funcionar e a crescer com este tipo de serviço ao cliente! Agora, temos que lutar pelo nosso dinheiro de volta por um produto que nem funcionou em primeiro lugar.
