Tive uma ótima experiência com as Olimpíadas Especiais e a organização está precisando de nossa ajuda financeira agora. Sou um atleta das Olimpíadas Especiais e fico muito zangado ao ver ou ouvir rumores enormes nas redes sociais. Em vez de usar a mídia social como mecanismo de ventilação, por que vocês não ajudam na arrecadação de fundos para as Olimpíadas especiais. Sou atleta há 21 anos e estou contando, e no condado de Jackson é muito triste para os arrecadadores de fundos, que vergonha enorme. É muito triste que tudo o que todo mundo queira fazer é espalhar boatos e colocar a organização por terra porque é isso que está acontecendo. É muito decepcionante para um bando de atletas e egoístas que ninguém queira ajudar na arrecadação de fundos para uma Olimpíada especial. Que grande desgraça

Estou muito feliz por esta organização estar no caminho certo para obter o financiamento e o apoio da comunidade de que precisa. Sou um "plunger" de série (o evento anual de arrecadação de fundos Polar Plunge) e estou sempre inspirado pelos jovens atletas que vejo por aí, participando e alegremente "dando o mergulho" junto com os adultos mais resmungões ;-). Uma organização maravilhosa.
