2 conjuntos de portas duplas instaladas em outubro de 2020 por outra empresa, mas fabricadas pela SPD. Não tivemos nada além de problemas com as portas desde a instalação, desde deixar a água entrar até bater quando o tempo está ventando e as portas não fecham corretamente. A empresa de instalação nos encaminhou para o fabricante (SPD) 6 meses atrás e ainda estamos esperando alguém vir e consertar.
Tenho sido mais do que paciente e liguei para a empresa de instalação e o SPD diariamente / semanalmente, mas sem sucesso. A empresa de instalação também tentou obter o SPD em nosso nome, mas ainda estamos esperando que alguém apareça e conserte.
Terrível após o serviço de venda!
Eu só quero minhas portas consertadas agora é junho de 2021 !!
