Minha avaliação não se baseia na qualidade do atendimento infantil. Baseia-se na falta de resposta que recebi quando perguntei sobre como cuidar de crianças para meu bebê. Liguei quatro vezes e deixei quatro mensagens ao longo de uma semana e meia e nenhuma resposta da Admissions (acredito que o nome dela é Tiffany?). Até liguei diretamente para a creche e perguntei se talvez ela estivesse de férias ou fora do escritório e, aparentemente, ela estava lá. Expliquei que não estava recebendo nenhuma resposta às minhas perguntas e a senhora anotou meu e-mail e disse que se certificaria de nos conectar por e-mail. Sem resposta, novamente. Muito pouco profissional. Desde então, mudei e encontrei outro lugar, mas ainda estou desapontado.

Meus filhos foram matriculados no Sonshine Center para creche e acampamento de verão e os cuidados e programas são fantásticos! Minha avaliação é baseada na resposta do administrador do centro. Solicitei a documentação fiscal várias vezes e o tempo de resposta é muito inadequado. Leann afirmou que os documentos foram enviados por correio e ao confirmar meu endereço de correspondência eles tinham Broomfield como a cidade e eu moro em Brighton. Em vez de se desculpar e enviar o depoimento imediatamente, ela agiu como se fosse um inconveniente e apenas disse: "Vou tirar o mais rápido possível" Esteja preparado para fazer seu pedido várias vezes antes de obter uma resposta !!
