Um dos piores serviços financeiros / ao cliente com que já negociei! Cobrar aos clientes fiéis o que eles não deveriam, não checar o sistema deles, não te informar de nenhuma mudança nas cobranças, eles apenas pegam seu dinheiro sem avisar e quando você tenta recuperá-lo eles te ignoram totalmente !!!

Discutimos os problemas que agora foram resolvidos, mas em geral, como empresa, você deve examinar sua equipe de atendimento ao cliente e talvez aumentar o número de pessoas que você contrata nesse departamento.
