Ao entrar neste estacionamento, CERTIFIQUE-SE DE PEGAR UM BILHETE NO PORTÃO, mesmo que o bar esteja aberto à noite! Fiquei preso ali por 1 hora esperando que alguém saísse para que eu pudesse seguir atrás, ao mesmo tempo em que estava sem sono.
Quanto ao próprio centro, é decente. Não espere ter um sono celestial, há alguns ruídos à noite, pessoas se movendo para usar o banheiro, roncando, luzes no corredor acendendo etc. Isso realmente depende de quem você tem como vizinhos naquela noite. Os técnicos estão bem, fazendo seu trabalho decentemente, mas nada mais do que isso. O maior problema é que o compromisso começou 1 hora depois do horário real agendado, seria bom ter algum aviso. Outra coisa é que o gel que eles usaram para prender os eletrodos deve ser estranho porque no meu rosto, onde os colocaram, tive muitas fugas!
Definitivamente recomendaria fazer um estudo do sono em um hospital, se possível, em vez de aqui. Provavelmente seria mais profissional e se sentiria menos 'processado'.

Teve uma noite terrível. Ruídos regulares na sala ao lado; parecia que alguém estava trabalhando e movendo papéis / arquivos. O barulho parou e a porta foi fechada. Eu estimo que tive um total de cerca de 4 horas de sono.
Depois que os eletrodos foram removidos, fiquei com uma substância pegajosa no meu cabelo onde os eletrodos foram colocados. Nenhum aviso sobre isso quando a nomeação for feita. E se eu tivesse que ir para o trabalho diretamente da clínica?
