Sou o proprietário de uma das vilas atualmente anunciadas no site da Sardinian Places. Há algumas semanas, a empresa enviou um e-mail para os proprietários das vilas dizendo que eles não estariam pagando para nós, seus fornecedores, conforme exigido por nosso contrato. Eles receberam o pagamento dos clientes e o mantêm, embora se recusem a pagar aos proprietários. Depois de falar com um dos diretores da empresa, ele confirmou que se tratava de uma tentativa de resolver os "problemas de fluxo de caixa" que a empresa enfrenta. Fui forçado a iniciar um processo judicial para recuperar o dinheiro devido a mim pela Serenity Holidays negociando como Sardinian Places e consegui rastrear os hóspedes que reservaram e pagaram férias em minha villa para alertá-los da situação que a Sardinian Places lhes deve um reembolso total e imediato. Não tenho certeza se eles conseguiram um reembolso da empresa. Também pedi à empresa que removesse a minha villa do seu site e não o fizeram. CUIDADO se você está pensando em reservar com esta empresa, ela não tem o direito legal de anunciar ou aceitar reservas para todas as propriedades em seu site e se você já reservou um feriado na Sardenha com eles, é altamente provável que eles tenham não pagou aos proprietários, por isso legalmente não tem férias reservadas com eles, mesmo que já as tenha pago. Eles mostraram extrema má fé e eu, pessoalmente, aconselharia qualquer pessoa a não negociar com esta empresa.
