Meus padrões de desempenho são altos, pois se eu tenho um problema e você corrige apenas parte dele, então no meu mundo você não se importava o suficiente para ouvir ou eu não era importante o suficiente para você corrigir o problema. Eu encontro um atendimento ao cliente ruim com mais e mais frequência quanto mais velho fico. A Sra. Roberts é uma performer "cabeça e ombros". Quer dizer, tive uma reclamação de problema de faturamento em três partes que não foi devidamente corrigida desde maio de 2018. A Sra. Roberts me contatou por telefone para me informar que ela havia recebido meu e-mail e que trabalharia comigo para resolver os problemas. E ela fez. Não pela metade, mas completamente. Ela foi cortês, profissional e pessoal. Ela é uma águia no meu livro. Com base na minha experiência pessoal, se a liderança do CPSS não está considerando a Sra. Roberts para posições de maior responsabilidade / oportunidades promocionais, outra entidade certamente o fará!
