NÃO USE SALMAT!

Minha empresa contratou os serviços da Salmat para fornecer aprox. 40.000 ímãs de geladeira no final de outubro de 2019.

6 semanas depois e nenhum trabalho ou inquérito, além de um residente furioso reclamando sobre grandes quantidades de nosso material despejados ilegalmente em sua propriedade e na trilha municipal fora de sua residência. (veja a imagem em anexo)

Contatei a gerência, mas eles não conseguiram investigar o incidente ou retornar minhas ligações. Um e-mail também foi enviado ao Gerente Geral (Matthew Carracher) Como esperado, nenhuma resposta ou comunicação foi recebida.

A central de atendimento está configurada para filipenses, o que permite que a administração filtre as chamadas que deseja aceitar e recusar.

Tenho certeza de que a Salmat responderá a essa reclamação com uma resposta genérica, informando que eles analisarão o assunto ou entrarão em contato para resolver o problema, acho que não!

A Salmat faz um trabalho fantástico na entrega de catálogos. Altamente recomendado

Não tenho certeza se eles entregaram nossos panfletos. Sem relatórios, sem feedback, sem telefonemas de acompanhamento da empresa. Eles ficam felizes em receber seu dinheiro e não fornecer os serviços.

Fácil de localizar - fui para uma entrevista de emprego em finanças. Normalmente coisas, espero que seja uma boa empresa para trabalhar.

Não trabalhe para esta empresa. Trabalho há 4 semanas e ainda não recebi. Eles continuam me dizendo que os dados bancários estão incorretos, mas eu os enviei mais de 4 vezes. Eles apenas dizem na próxima quarta-feira que todo o seu dinheiro estará na sua conta, mas isso nunca acontece.
