Eu comprei uma bagagem da Rustans Corp durante a exposição de viagens em SMX no último dia 10 de fevereiro. Dei meu bdo atm card ao caixa para um pagamento de débito. Resumindo a história, o caixa descuidado passou meu cartão duas vezes sem dizer uma palavra, a primeira para um valor errado, depois o segundo para o valor correto. Infelizmente, quando chequei minha conta, ambos os valores foram debitados e o serviço de atendimento ao cliente do rustans nem se incomodou em me ligar quando liguei para reclamar. Essa tal Rochelle continuou mandando mensagens de texto e até me deu uma desculpa esfarrapada de que era o pos que tinha erro de sistema. Olá!!! Sua caixa me disse que ela anulou o valor errado, obviamente porque inseriu um valor errado. Agora tenho que correr atrás do meu banco para reverter o valor debitado !! E como você utilizou um cartão mastercard, o tempo mínimo de espera para validar o incidente é de 40 dias. Que grande aborrecimento você fez !! E para uma grande empresa como a sua, isso era péssimo atendimento ao cliente !! Muito decepcionante !!!!!
