O problema que vejo é a falta da telha de teto. Posso poeira cair. Deve haver vários vazamentos no telhado. O carpete precisa ser limpo ou, melhor ainda, os banheiros substituídos estão limpos
O caminho em transe e o estacionamento precisam de atenção, bem como da aprovação geral
