Os médicos aqui são ótimos no que fazem. Extremamente profissional, muito bem informado e com uma atitude compassiva ao lado do leito. Tenho sido paciente aqui e agora estou em boas mãos.

Estamos tentando marcar uma consulta com este escritório hoje, mas eles não nos verão até que tenhamos um diagnóstico oficial de EM. Essa foi a razão pela qual fomos encaminhados a você. Muito inútil. Procure em outro lugar. Não estou impressionado.

Não posso falar sobre os outros médicos, mas o Dr. West foi horrível. Fiz preparativos especiais para sair mais cedo do trabalho e cheguei na hora, com toda a papelada preenchida. Fiquei sabendo de onde sua esposa era, de onde um dos membros da equipe recentemente saiu de férias e assim por diante. Além disso, a sala de espera estava muito quente. Considerando a especialidade da clínica, você pensaria que eles seriam sensíveis à temperatura. Finalmente, quando me colocaram na sala de exame, o Dr. West entrou, falando a mil por hora, dizendo que tinha outro paciente esperando. Percebi que ele não leu nenhuma das informações que eu coloquei na ficha de informações do paciente de 9 páginas, porque ele me perguntou tudo de novo e nunca realmente ouviu. Eu não vou voltar!

Os médicos são ótimos, mas a clínica de infusão está cada vez pior. As enfermeiras reclamam constantemente, seja de seus pacientes exigentes ou de suas vidas. Chegar para uma infusão interrompe suas conversas e eles ficam irritados. Eles são facilmente dominados pelos lados invisíveis da EM - o emocional, a confusão ou a lentidão.

Basicamente, é como receber tratamento em qualquer outro hospital onde você seja um inconveniente para o dia deles. Costumava ser que eles realmente tratavam toda a sua EM e eram compreensivos e respeitosos com você como um ser humano, mas isso não é mais.

Basicamente: venha aqui pelos médicos, mas se puder, leve suas infusões em outro lugar
