Comprei uma caldeira Bosch Gas 6000. Para obter uma garantia, o primeiro arranque deve ser efectuado por um comandante do serviço oficial. Depois de ligar para a linha direta, eles prometeram que o comandante atenderia em 2 horas úteis. Após 5 horas ninguém discou. Após o segundo recurso, eles disseram que o "horário de trabalho" do ryu seria na segunda-feira e eu liguei no sábado. Agora com uma caldeira nova sem aquecimento e água quente, mas porque o horário da linha direta e os serviços não, os consultores não souberam responder. À pergunta: e se a situação de emergência e a caldeira não funcionar e na rua a menos 20 graus, o mestre também virá só na segunda-feira? Eles prometeram me dar a resposta também na segunda-feira: (((. Em suma, não recomendo este escritório com um nome grande. Primeiro, encontre um bom serviço pós-venda e depois compre o equipamento. Não é uma chave de fenda de qualquer maneira .

Isso é uma catástrofe !!! Pior serviço e produtos #boschukraine. Há meio ano comprei uma máquina de lavar do fabricante #bosch. 10 anos de garantia, qualidade alemã, original. E então fluiu ... estupidamente despejando água de uma super máquina de escrever alemã. OK? Liguei para o serviço. Chegamos ... olhei ... disseram que está tudo bem - você pode usar. Eu ligo pela segunda vez - ÁGUA ESTÁ VAZANDO OUTRA VEZ. Volto a ligar para o serviço #Bosch supermestres dizem que você coloca muito detergente. Só para mim parece que #boschukraine está envolvido em uma fraude! Qual é a garantia de 10 anos? Onde está a qualidade alemã? ONDE ESTÁ A CONSCIÊNCIA?
