Estamos alugando uma casa de praia em Navarre Beach da ResortQuest by Marriott e Vacasa Rentals. O pessoal do serviço é amigável, mas NÃO tem intenção de corrigir os problemas que você está tendo com a propriedade. Se você falar com a ResortQuest by Marriott, eles culpam o proprietário e / ou a Vacasa. Se você falar com Vacasa, eles culpam o Marriott ou o proprietário. É quase como se eles tivessem feito isso de propósito, para jogar para passar a bola.
Nosso problema específico é que não temos WiFi / internet e nenhuma das TVs funciona porque são smart TVs que precisam de WiFi. Este é um grande negócio para nós, porque estamos trabalhando e temos uma filha fazendo cursos online. Provavelmente teremos que sair de férias mais cedo porque NÃO podemos ter acesso à internet por uma semana e a ilha agora está lotada. Estamos tentando resolver isso há 3 dias.
Aqui está a pior parte. Nenhum dos correntistas realmente fez uma ligação de 10 minutos para a AT&T para saber por que a casa não tinha serviço. Eles se recusam a ligar. Então eles disseram, eles suspeitam que o serviço da ilha inteira está fora do ar ... NOPE. o vizinho da AT&T diz que está tudo bem.

2) Eles nos disseram que se não conseguissem resolver o problema, eles nos mudariam para uma propriedade diferente. 3 dias depois, eles nos informaram que isso não pode ser feito.
