Eu nunca escolhi a Reliance Technologies, mas fiz uma entrevista com uma empresa de tecnologia de Manhattan, NY, e a Reliance foi o empreiteiro mais comum com quem eles trabalharam. A Reliance não precisava fazer nada para ganhar dinheiro por cada hora que trabalhei por mais de um ano, exceto me enviar um W-2, fazer contribuições de HSA quando eu as solicitei e calcular corretamente meus impostos. Eles conseguiram enganar cada um deles.
Aqui está uma lista de alguns dos problemas que tive com eles.
- Freqüentemente, eles não reconheciam meus e-mails sobre as contribuições da HSA ... às vezes eles faziam isso sem reconhecer, outras vezes não.
- Cometeram um erro de $ 2700 com meus impostos que acabei devendo no final do ano. Eles agiram como se não fosse grande coisa. Quando ameacei usar outra agência, eles ligaram para meu chefe para se certificar de que eu estaria trabalhando lá por um tempo, antes de me dar US $ 500 para me acalmar.
- Quando meu contrato terminou, eles não me enviaram informações do seguro COBRA até DEPOIS que eu as solicitei.
- Eles se recusaram a me enviar um W-2 em papel, e apenas me enviaram um PDF, mesmo quando eu pedi uma cópia em papel.
Eu não recomendaria usá-los.
