O Sr. Jeremy Gray representou a venda de uma casa que compramos. Nossa experiência com ele foi muito pobre e descobrimos logo após o fechamento que o pintor que afirma trabalhar para ele e foi contratado por ele para repintar o interior, foi avisado para apressar o trabalho para deixar a casa pronta para tombar rapidamente. É importante para um corretor de imóveis que lista e vende uma casa manter a honestidade e a integridade em alta e fazer o que é certo tanto para os vendedores quanto para os compradores. Para muitos de nós, esta é a maior compra que faremos e acertou em cheio. Não experimentamos as habilidades humanas necessárias neste corretor de imóveis em particular e estamos alarmados por ele estar praticando e possivelmente manipulando outras pessoas.
