Moro em uma propriedade administrada por re / max há dois anos. Tínhamos quatro ou cinco pessoas diferentes para cuidar de nossa conta / propriedade. Mandávamos uma mensagem ao gerente da propriedade sobre um problema com a casa, apenas para sabermos que eles haviam deixado a empresa e falar com outra pessoa. Eles não entram em contato de forma alguma para informá-lo sobre as mudanças na gestão do seu aluguel. Recentemente, tivemos o vazamento do aquecedor de água antigo (meu namorado disse a eles antes que estava tendo problemas para nenhuma resposta) e tivemos que desligar a água quente. Há uma semana que esperamos por um novo aquecedor de água. Eles têm estado completamente desmotivados e sem remorso sobre o inconveniente total que seria 100% evitável de sua parte se cuidassem dele na primeira vez que o problema foi abordado. Não alugue por meio dessas pessoas !!!

Cuidado !! Eles tirarão vantagem total de você quando se mudarem, boa sorte para recuperar o seu depósito!

Estamos tentando conseguir uma casa desta empresa há mais de um mês e ainda não ouvimos uma palavra deles. Colocamos em nosso aplicativo há 3 semanas. Eles não ligam ou ligam de volta quando ligamos para o escritório. Não use este lugar para encontrar uma casa. Horrível

A única vez em que trabalham diligentemente é quando não recebem seu dinheiro. Eles são rápidos para LEVAR VOCÊ AO TRIBUNAL se você deixar de fazer um pagamento. Essas pessoas são rudes como o inferno e nunca vão se desculpar quando cometem um erro, mas esperam que você as trate com respeito. POR FAVOR, CONSIDERE QUALQUER OUTRO, MAS REMAXE EM NORFOLK, VIRGINIA.

Se alugar através desta empresa, consertar qualquer coisa é um problema real. Demora meses para fazer o trabalho. Moramos no lugar que alugamos há mais de um ano e meio e mandar pessoas aqui para consertar as coisas pode ser como arrancar os dentes e estamos constantemente esperando e remarcando.
