Eu trouxe meu avô (que por acaso tem 89 anos de idade com artrite severa em ambos os joelhos) para fazer um raio-x do tórax, raios-x dos joelhos e do quadril. Chegamos lá às 8h e só fomos vistos às 14h18. Ligamos alguns dias antes e perguntamos se era necessária uma consulta e foi-nos dito "não", e perguntamos se havia cadeira de rodas disponível e eles disseram "sim" (que nunca foi fornecido). Não há assentos disponíveis para os pacientes e para aqueles que os ajudam a esperar enquanto são processados. O serviço foi lento, mas os funcionários da frente foram educados e prestativos. A técnica que realizou o Raio X, a Sra. Shirley, foi bastante mal-humorada e impaciente. Além disso, estou grato por ter superado aquela provação.
