Suporte absolutamente horrível.
O suporte de nível 1 raramente é capaz de responder às minhas perguntas. O suporte de nível 2 quase nunca está disponível no momento em que ligo e precisa me ligar de volta. Os retornos de chamada variam de 1 hora a TRÊS SEMANAS depois. Se você pode obter suporte de nível 3, então você está certo. O nível 3 geralmente é capaz de resolver imediatamente qualquer problema que não envolva os programadores. Mas você tem que trabalhar no nível 1 e no nível 2 antes de obter suporte de nível 3.
Não tenho certeza se os programadores realmente existem. Se você encontrar um bug? Sim, desista, a menos que o bug repetidamente e consistentemente bloqueie sua rede e você não possa evitá-lo. Os pedidos para falar com os programadores são negados. Bugs são completamente ignorados quando relatados. (Tenho uma lista de 15 bugs, muitos dos quais estão no programa há mais de 2 anos).
O site de suporte tem sido uma grande piada ao longo dos anos. Por mais de um ano, o fórum não aceitou nem novas postagens. Recentemente, tem aceitado postagens, mas não exibe respostas. Acabei de verificar agora novamente e finalmente está exibindo respostas ... mas minha resposta de 4 meses é "aguardando revisão".
