Estive recentemente em Almere por causa do meu polar a360. Isso estava com defeito e não pôde ser feito imediatamente. Tudo estava coberto pela garantia de fábrica. Experimente um ótimo atendimento ao cliente!

Serviço de baixa qualidade. Há mais de 10 semanas, um Polar Ignite em reparo desde 10 de março de 2020, com menos de 3 semanas. O Ignite mede completamente diferente do M430 no mesmo treinamento. Muito estranho. Nenhuma comunicação a menos que você poste algo no Facebook. Um novo relógio, com 3 semanas de uso e ainda sem solução, sem relógio novo, sem dinheiro de volta, sem feedback. Quase não acessível por telefone. Converse apenas com respostas padrão.

Muito decepcionado com a marca Polar, pensei ter feito um bom investimento em um modelo top 6 anos atrás, infelizmente quebrou depois de cerca de 2 anos e tive a opção de comprar um upgrade do V800 por uma taxa reduzida. Depois de um bom ano também há problemas com isso, onde a camada adesiva entre a tela e o hardware se soltou. Grande ajuda e recebi um modelo de substituição. Agora para o mesmo problema há cerca de 3 anos, mais uma vez a cola se solta entre a tela e o hardware, para que a umidade possa entrar. Claro que a garantia oficial acabou, mas para um relógio de 500/600 euros você deve esperar que não passe em média dois anos com ele. Os funcionários do atendimento ao cliente fazem o melhor, mas a qualidade do Polar deixa muito a desejar
