Eu aluguei um loft de 1 quarto por $ 2100 por mês, apartamento decente. Sem manutenção, sem serviço de bloqueio, sem resposta a nada. As áreas comuns do prédio são sujas. O lixo é retirado através do elevador de residentes e derramado por todo o chão e ninguém o limpa. A lavadora e a tinturaria são uma piada. A mercearia da Market Street fica ao lado e sempre dá festas, e meu quarto compartilhava uma parede com eles. A mercearia também deixa o lixo na calçada por dias. Também as pessoas urinam na entrada da frente e é claro que nunca é limpo, então toda vez que você entra ou sai, você caminha pela urina. O locatário David Farkas não se incomoda com nada. Ratos correm soltos no porão, excrementos por toda parte. Procure em outro lugar !!!
