Sem mencionar que eles remarcaram em mim, empurrando minha consulta de uma espera de 3 meses, para uma espera de 5 meses para começar. Os recepcionistas foram rudes e não compreensivos. Este escritório age como se eles fossem melhores do que você e seus problemas médicos. Eles sabem que alguns nativos não têm outra escolha a não ser vê-los, e se aproveitam disso. Se você é nativo e tem a opção de diferentes seguros e cuidados de saúde, aceite! Os próximos dois dias estão abertos para compromissos que as recepcionistas ainda não me remarcariam. Ela queria que eu perdesse outro dia de trabalho para 'entrar' amanhã e talvez ser visto, ou talvez não. Quando um nativo tem dificuldades na vida médica, não espere que este escritório funcione com você ou se importe. Se eu pudesse dar a eles uma classificação de zero estrelas, eu o faria.
