Passei 7 horas ontem em contato com os técnicos da OWMM. (12h00-7h00) Tive uma solução única. Acredito que provavelmente funcionou, mas verei como utilizo meu MAC.
O principal problema que tive foi entender a fala do técnico. Era muito difícil digitar códigos, etc. porque eu simplesmente não conseguia entender o sotaque. Os técnicos pareciam saber do que estavam falando, mas era preciso muita repetição. Falei com 4 homens diferentes e tive o mesmo problema para entendê-los. Eu acredito que eles foram sinceros e competentes, mas a barreira do idioma era muito difícil. O processo pareceu muito longo. (7 horas)
Agora estou questionando se eu poderia ter sido enganado. Eles queriam pelo menos a taxa única (US $ 250,00). Preocupa-me ter cedido o controle do meu Mac ao técnico.
ESTA EMPRESA É UMA FARSA! NÃO OS USE. Eu fui para a Apple hoje e eles estão cientes desta empresa e o que estão fazendo. Eles colocaram um pop-up na minha tela que eu cliquei. Em seguida, apareceu uma tela de aviso de que um vírus estava em meu computador e eu precisava chamar um técnico de computador. Dizia para não desligar o computador ou posso perder tudo. Deu o # desta empresa e eles fizeram seu pitch no qual eu acreditei. Eles querem uma taxa de limpeza única e talvez vendam um software antivírus a você.
Eles criaram a tela pop-up e de aviso. A tela de aviso ainda tinha o logotipo do Safari. Não há nada de errado com o seu computador ou com o meu. A Apple verificou minha máquina. Não os use.
