Chegou um pouco mais cedo para um compromisso no Centro de Lazer Eltham (10 minutos), finalmente encontre Osteo e confirme o horário do compromisso.

Nenhuma saudação, sorriso, bate-papo, acabei de me sentar e esperar.

Assista ao Osteo enquanto ele passa os próximos 10 minutos, enviando mensagens de texto e atualizando o diário. Com o que estou bem, dado que cheguei cedo.

Ele sai da sala, sem dizer nada

15mins passam; minha consulta está 20 minutos atrasada e não consigo encontrar o Osteo. Acabou tendo que sair.

Meu conselho, encontre uma empresa profissional que se preocupa com seus clientes, esta certamente não.
