Recentemente, compramos um refrigerador de flores da Orford Refrigeration, o serviço foi perfeito e o refrigerador é fantástico

Eu trouxe uma geladeira da marca EB (portas de vidro duplo) há algum tempo para o meu bar doméstico, custava mais do que as geladeiras padrão, mas era mais econômica de operar. A garantia era de 12 meses e na marca de 14 meses tive um problema quando a temperatura na geladeira congelou todo o conteúdo da minha bebida que posteriormente explodiu.

Entrei em contato com Orford em várias ocasiões e deixei mensagens para o representante de vendas me ligar de volta, mas eles me evitaram como uma praga, acabaram ligando com um nome diferente para atenderem minha ligação e, quando expliquei os eventos que haviam acontecido, eles basicamente me apagaram porque o refrigerador estava fora da garantia (por 2 meses).

Posso apreciar o período de garantia, mas quando você compra uma geladeira comercial (querido) e a usa apenas em um ambiente doméstico, você esperaria que durasse mais de 14 meses, especialmente porque eu tenho uma geladeira / freezer em nossa cozinha que é com mais de 10 anos e ainda está forte.

Como eles não oferecem nenhum serviço, subsequentemente tive que chamar um mecânico de refrigeração que me carregou um braço e uma perna e recolocou a sonda de temperatura na geladeira, esta correção durou apenas vários meses quando a temperatura subia e não era manter as coisas frescas. Então agora eu tenho uma geladeira de $ 3000,00 + parada inútil no meu bar graças a Orford.

Depois que Orford faz a venda, não há serviço pós-venda e, para o tipo de produto que comprei, devo obter anos de manutenção sem problemas de uma geladeira comercial. Qualquer pessoa que esteja pensando em comprar um refrigerador de Orford, faça um favor a si mesmo e gaste seu dinheiro com os concorrentes e, com sorte, você não terá os mesmos problemas.
