Eu uso a Northfield Pharmacy desde o início (com um nome diferente) e adoro desde o tempo, décadas atrás, quando me tornei um cliente. A equipe não é apenas muito profissional, mas uniformemente NICE. Sempre que entro, sinto que estou entre pessoas que se tornaram amigas. Sempre levo visitantes estrangeiros lá para ilustrar o que considero ser o melhor das pequenas cidades americanas. Rob Anderson é como Jimmy Stewart em um filme de Frank Capra!

Eu usei o Walgreens por vários anos por causa da "conveniência" dele, até mudar para Northfield, depois de ficar tão frustrado com o Walgreens. Só depois de transferir meus medicamentos para a Farmácia Northfield é que percebi que não há nada de conveniente em usar Walgreens ou CVS como vinha fazendo. Tudo sobre esta farmácia é melhor ... do atendimento ao cliente, ao Rob (o farmacêutico) me conhecendo pelo nome e tudo mais. A única farmácia local em Northfield - que tem um DRIVE THRU! O que mais você poderia pedir? O serviço deles é sempre pontual, porque eles não estão tentando vender chips e barras de chocolate junto com seus medicamentos. Eles são dedicados, e os Andersons que possuem este lugar são gente genuinamente boa.
