Seu atendimento ao cliente é péssimo. Deixei duas mensagens com Greg Sisk, o supervisor de pintura, e ele nunca me ligou de volta nenhuma vez. Eu trabalhei no setor público, então sei como é importante para um cliente receber um telefonema de volta. Falei com Kaci e ela me garantiu que daria outra mensagem a Greg Sisk para me ligar de volta e já se passaram três semanas e não tenho notícias dele. Tenho o meu barco desde 2001/2002 e se este for o serviço que recebe de uma empresa pertencente a um funcionário, não compraria outro barco deles. Então, qualquer pessoa que me pergunta sobre meu barco, eu digo que o barco está bom, mas o serviço ao cliente é uma merda e não compre deles.
