Ele substitui uma tampa de serviço e adiciona refrigerante. A unidade começa a funcionar e, em seguida, perde temperatura durante a noite novamente. Eu os chamo de volta (num dia em que não está chovendo) e o segundo cara encontra uma parte que estava ruim, substitui e tudo funciona bem. Agora o problema é que eles me cobram por 2 viagens, quase US $ 500 para trocar uma parte que demorou 10 minutos. O serviço ao cliente deles insiste que foram 2 problemas separados ... que aconteceram com algumas horas de diferença um do outro?
