O pior sistema bancário que já usei! Raramente consigo um banqueiro, sistemas datados, sistema de telefone SUCKS período. Para uma empresa que prospera no atendimento ao cliente e o faz tão bem em suas lojas, a parte bancária não é um bom reflexo desse serviço.

Tive uma experiência muito boa até agora com esta cooperativa de crédito. Minha outra cooperativa de crédito também é ótima, mas ela está sediada na Califórnia e atualmente moro em Washington. O atendimento ao cliente é de primeira qualidade. Ver extratos e sua atividade bancária etc. online não é tão bom quanto outros bancos, infelizmente. E eu gostaria que houvesse um aplicativo de telefone, mas talvez no futuro.
