Muito decepcionado com a maneira como você está lidando com a situação de Little Palm Island. Pagamos nosso depósito em julho, quando o furacão Irma atingiu em meados de setembro. O resort está fechado, tivemos que fazer outros planos de férias e só queremos nosso dinheiro de volta. Quando ligamos, ninguém pode responder a nenhuma de nossas perguntas. Eu nunca vou ficar em nenhum de seus resorts e direi a todos que não posso ficar em nenhum de seus resorts!

Nós se hospedaram no River Terrace Inn em Napa. Tão mal nomeado. Nosso quarto não tinha uma vista que tínhamos solicitado. Supõe-se que uma pousada seja um lugar de hospitalidade. Não tivemos nenhuma ajuda com nossas malas dentro ou fora (somos 67 e 72). Nós conseguimos uma pequena taça de vinho pobre na chegada, mas depois encontramos qualquer água em nosso quarto foi de 2 ou cinco dólares por garrafa. Nós já tínhamos ficado no RUI Sheraton em San Francisco, onde garrafas de água foram dadas gratuitamente. E ainda por cima, desde muito cedo no dia, música constante horrível em todo o hotel, incluindo nosso quarto, então você tinha que sair ou enlouquecer. Então, eles queriam nos cobrar 28 dólares extras por coisas que não tínhamos usado. Felizmente, nossa papelada mostrou que não devíamos nada.
