Alugar um apartamento em Nova York é sempre caro. Dito isso, morei aqui por dois anos e adorei minha experiência. Os porteiros gritem com Josh por ser tão prestativo, nós somos gentis. A equipe de manutenção também foi muito prestativa e estava sempre disponível quando eu precisava de ajuda.
A única desvantagem do prédio é o barulho. Já que é na Broadway, haverá noites barulhentas, mas eu sinto que isso está em toda parte em Nova York. No geral, é um ótimo lugar para se viver.
