Tudo começou com um Sixt SH (New Kopel Ro). O pess...

Tudo começou com um Sixt SH (New Kopel Ro). O pessoal lá está ok, a compra movimentou tudo muito bem e recebi um preço mais baixo do que esperava negociar no carro comprado - não é sobre eles esse review.

O problema chegou perto do vencimento da garantia quando o carro começou a ter problemas na caixa de câmbio. Liguei, marquei consultas para um serviço de parceiros e saí de um carro no sábado para descobrir. Durante a semana seguinte, recebi a notícia de que o carro estava com a roda dentada danificada e que a caixa de câmbio provavelmente deveria ser trocada - tudo na garantia. Tudo bem aqui.

Mas a Sixt não tinha a essência para receber as informações. Demorou 2 semanas desde a descoberta até o carro ser consertado - um trabalho que foi estimado em apenas 16h de mão de obra, não as DUAS SEMANAS. Ok - para não ser absurdo, combine 2 dias para encomendar a peça e mais 1-2 para entrega. Mas de 5 dias a duas semanas ... uma piada de mau gosto. Enquanto isso, havia muitos telefones.

A coordenação entre o operacional e o call center é 0. Quem está no call center pode ter as melhores intenções, mas não tem a capacidade de obter informações em tempo decente. Ela prometeu voltar em algumas horas com o telefone, liguei novamente dois dias para saber que não sabia de nada.

No final o carro estava pronto, o conserto ok (momentaneamente). Porém, como qualquer homem normal que fez reparos na garantia, pedi uma simples conta de serviço, ou uma nota fiscal ou comprovante de instalação de peças ok e não de desmontagem + garantia da obra. Já faz uma semana, dois telefones, um e-mail. Recebi uma resposta: "a caixa de câmbio mudou, esse é o preço." Estou maluco, não estou? É anormal pedir uma fatura para comprovar a realização de um trabalho para o qual deve ser fornecida garantia?

Espero, já faz uma semana que me pediram para provar o trabalho realizado e sua garantia. Se não conseguirem nada, o primeiro passo é a denúncia à ANPC.

Então, se você veio para ler aqui, ou você está trabalhando na Sixt em atendimento ao cliente ou marketing online (dica: vá a algum lugar onde o trabalho seja bem feito) ou deseja interagir com esta empresa (nesse caso eu aconselho para você correr).

A pior empresa de leasing operacional. Eu não recomendo!!! Leva pelo menos 1 mês para trocar uma peça no carro e eles fornecem carros de reposição que consomem 10-12. Cuidado com eles.
