Sou funcionário da Netsuite / Oracle NSGBU, portanto, leve minha análise com isso em mente, embora eu não pertença ao escritório de San Mateo.
Sempre um ótimo ambiente para trabalhar, muitas salas de conferência e ótimas pessoas para discutir e trocar ideias.
O escritório é espaçoso e as instalações são extremamente limpas, com muitas vantagens para os funcionários que trabalham lá, desde refrigerantes, café, frutas e alguma comida grátis, até uma mesa de pingue-pongue, mesa de sinuca e alguns outros jogos relacionados.
A área ao redor é bastante agradável e há um pequeno parque comercial nas proximidades, onde se pode ir de um sanduíche do Subway a uma comida adequada no supermercado; há até um Starbucks e se você quiser, pode fazer as unhas também, bem, não no Starbucks, é claro.

Esta empresa envia a todos os meus funcionários vários e-mails não solicitados tentando nos fazer comprar o software deles. Se essa é a maneira como sua empresa faz marketing, talvez eles sejam os ideais para você. Se sua empresa tem integridade e respeita as leis de spam, então a NetSuite não é um bom parceiro para você.
