É uma ótima ferramenta para a educação. Ajuda muito na preparação para os exames. Neste fim de semana tive complicações na compra de um livro e esperava a ajuda. Mas, parece que eles não têm assistência 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, como eles disseram. De qualquer forma, hoje na segunda-feira, obtive meu reembolso do livro errado comprado, e recebi uma ajuda para comprar o certo.

Tentativa de contato por telefone e e-mail várias vezes para CANCELAR O PEDIDO, pois o livro não era mais necessário. Eles não responderam e enviaram o livro de qualquer maneira. Ainda não tive notícias deles e estou sendo direcionado para o correio de voz quando tento ligar para o reembolso. Não faça pedidos desta empresa, pois eles não têm suporte ao cliente, mas ficarão felizes em receber seu dinheiro sem problemas.
